Selective IgA deficiency in Vitiligo

Abstract

Blood serum IgA was estimated in 60 children with vitiligo. 3.3% of the cases had selective IgA deficiency. Vitiligo with selective IgA deficiency was occasionally associated with autoimmune disease (2 cases of collagenosis) and sinupulmonary infection (1 out of 3 cases)
