Chronic granulomatous disease and disseminated Aspergillosis: Report of a case
Abstract
Disseminated Aspergillosis with involvement of lungs, thyroid, skin, brain, bones and pericardium was found to be an initial manifestation of chronic granulomatous disease in a 7-year old girl. The patient survived after a long-term treatment with amphotericin B, ketoconazole, 5-flucytosine and gamma interferon.
